Do you know who Jim Rohn is? He’s a famous business man and entrepenuer, basically, he has a famous quote that’s “You don’t spend a small effort for a big result and you don’t spend a big effort for a small result” Now, most realtors just want a few extra listings per month, that’s an extra 40-50,000$ in gci per month, now that’s no small number…you can’t throw a few hundred bucks t your problem and expect to make 50,000$. If you do find out how, please tell me because you just figured out how to print money, we can be very rich. Most Marketing agencies charge around 20% of the results they bring you, 20% of 50,000 is around 10,000, now i’m not gonna charge you 10,000$ that’s a little much but what we can do is hop on a call and we can put together something custom depending on your goals.

So John, right after the onboarding process which i believe you mentioned takes 3-5 days, how long will it take before I start seeing results and speaking with potential motivated sellers ?

Now most agencies or companies that utilize the traditional methods of marketing typically have to wait 3 to 6 months to even begin seeing any signs of life from their campaigns, and probably even longer to see a return from what they invested to run it. However due to the unorthodox nature of the Listing Attraction System our clients utilize, It takes our team about 5 - 7 business days to build it, since it’s custom. Then from their Motivated Listing Opportunities begin to hit your calendar within the first 24 - 72 hours of Launch.

What is required of me?
